- EXPERIENCE Respected in the community as "Dr. Chris" and as "Dr. Page", in 2009 after 13 years in the legal field that included the role of a Crime Victim Witness Advocate she opened Page One & Associates Counseling and Behavioral Health Center. The Christine J. Page Institute is the non-profit agency founded in 2021. These counseling centers are designed to be private mental health practices in a big city with a small town feel. Her aim is to reach healthy minded individuals who are in need of help with adjusting to personal and environmental challenges that negatively affect how they think, feel, and function in their lives (at work, at school, in the home, and in family, romantic and social relationships). Services are for members of the general public, active military, and veterans who are seeking emotional healing, life improvement, personal growth and career development.
- EDUCATION Dr. Page graduated from the University of Memphis, Memphis, TN where she earned a Bachelor's of Professional Sciences Degree in Paralegal Sciences, she earned a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling while studying at Argosy University Atlanta, a Master of Science degree in Psychology at Walden University, Minneapolis, MN and a PhD in General Psychology earned at Capella University, Minneapolis, MN.
- PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS Dr. Page is a Licensed Professional Counselor governed by the State of Georgia Composite Board and she is a Certified Forensics Counselor through the National Association of Forensics Counselors (NAFC). She holds membership with the National Chapter of the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sex Abuse (ATSA) and the Local Chapter: Georgia Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sex Abuse (GATSA). She completed TF-CBT (Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) training through the Medical University of South Carolina, she is a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CSPS) through the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia, and is a Board Certified Counselor under the governorship of the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). Clinical services are provided under a professional license governed by the State of GA Composite Board for Professional Counselors.
